Privacy Policy

This website is run by Nazil Iqbal, trading as Automate with Nazil. This page explains, in plain English, what information you share with me through this site, why, and what your choices are. I do not sell your information, and I do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

1. What I collect

• Audit form: your name, your email address and the message you write. This is sent to me by email so I can reply. It is not stored in a database on this website.
• Chat with Nexo: the messages you type. Common questions are answered inside your browser. Other questions are sent to my server and, when AI answers are enabled, processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to write a reply. Please don't share passwords or sensitive personal data in the chat.
• Booking a call: if you book through my Google Calendar booking page, Google collects the details you enter there, under Google's privacy policy.
• Technical data: like any website, the servers that host it (Netlify for the site, Render for the API) process basic request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. My server logs keep only a request ID and the domain of your email address, not your full details.

2. How I use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your free audit.
• To discuss and deliver a project, if we decide to work together.
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (for example, rate limits).

I never sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

3. Services that help run this site

• Netlify hosts the website.
• Render hosts the API that receives the form and chat.
• Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox by email.
• Anthropic may process chat questions when AI answers are enabled.
• Google provides fonts, the booking page and Google Meet calls.

4. Your browser's storage

The site saves a few small settings in your own browser, such as your light or dark theme choice and a counter that prevents form spam. These stay on your device and are not used to track you.

5. How long I keep it

Emails from the audit form stay in my inbox for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the length of our project and normal business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

6. Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email automatewithnazil@gmail.com and I'll handle it promptly.

7. Security

The site uses HTTPS, a strict Content Security Policy, input validation, rate limiting and spam protection. No system is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
